Who handles your information

G&G Asesores en Tributación y Contabilidad uses these forms to respond to inquiries and organize G&G Festival. For privacy requests, contact G&G using its published details:

Both forms save responses in a private Google spreadsheet owned by the temporary website coordinator and notify G&G’s info mailbox and the coordinator’s Gmail inbox for G&G follow-up. Access to the spreadsheet is limited to the coordinator and G&G personnel granted access for these purposes. The coordinator handles copies only for the stated purposes. Use G&G’s published details for privacy requests; the coordinator will assist with spreadsheet and temporary-account copies. Do not use these forms for confidential client matters.

Data and purposes

Inquiries require name, email and a short general message; service area is optional. With your consent, we use these details to understand and respond to your inquiry. Festival pre-registration requires first name, last name and email. Phone, time in Cuenca, origin, client status and notes are optional. With your consent, we use these details to administer pre-registration and related event communication.

Speaker notes, raffle participation and consultation follow-up are separate optional choices, used only when requested. No choice subscribes you to marketing. Attendance is free and does not require pre-registration or a benefit choice. Ask G&G about final raffle rules and consultation availability. No prize or appointment is guaranteed.

Consent starts unchecked. Without required fields and consent, the form cannot send your request; contact G&G directly instead. You may withdraw consent or an optional choice by emailing G&G. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful handling.

What not to send

Do not include tax returns, financial records, identity numbers, passports, passwords, payment or health information, or sensitive documents. Attachments are not accepted. Agree on a separate channel with G&G if documents are needed. These forms are intended for adults; ask about family attendance without entering children’s personal details.

Email and technical services

Bluehost hosts the website and forwards validated form responses to Google Apps Script, which saves them in the private Google spreadsheet and sends notifications using the coordinator’s Google account. G&G’s receiving copy is delivered to its Microsoft 365 mailbox; the coordinator also receives a Gmail copy. Google stores spreadsheet responses, optional choices, notice-version evidence and notification status. Email systems retain message copies. Notifications may be queued when sending limits are reached; saving a response does not guarantee email receipt. Visitors receive no automatic confirmation email. WordPress form-entry storage and message logging are disabled. Keyed hashes, counts, request state and random references prevent spam and duplicates without storing form answers or a raw IP address in WordPress. Expired technical records are cleared during later form processing, rather than by a guaranteed scheduled erasure job.

Hosting, spreadsheet and email providers may retain their own security/access logs and backups and process data outside Ecuador. These records are separate from working-copy retention. This notice does not promise a provider location, backup-erasure deadline or particular international-transfer safeguard. Consult the Bluehost/Newfold, Google and Microsoft privacy policies and contact G&G with questions about providers or transfers.

Administrator login uses WordPress cookies. The forms do not intentionally add marketing analytics or profiling. On pages with video, the Instagram player loads automatically when the browser displays or approaches that section; playback starts when you press play. Loading the player connects your browser to Meta/Instagram and may transmit your IP address, browser information and referring page. Instagram may use cookies or other identifiers according to its own practices and your login state. You can block these resources through your browser controls, which may prevent playback. A direct Instagram link remains available.

The Home and About pages display a selection of public Google reviews through the free Trustindex plugin. Reviews may include the author’s public name, profile photo, date, rating and text in its original language. The plugin obtains the data through Trustindex and stores a copy in WordPress for display. Free-service updates are manual; the selection does not necessarily represent all current Google reviews. Widget assets may be served by this website or external providers depending on configuration; an external connection may transmit technical browser information. Google, Maps, WhatsApp, social and email links lead to services with their own practices. Contact G&G with questions or requests about a review copy displayed on this site; changes to the original review are handled with the relevant platform.

Retention

The working-copy policy is to delete inquiry records within 90 days after resolution and festival records within 30 days after related follow-up ends. G&G and the coordinator must clean up spreadsheet rows, handling-inbox copies and any working exports; there is no automatic deletion job. Google revision history, Trash, provider logs and backups may retain recoverable copies under their own practices; these periods do not promise immediate erasure from those systems. Later client records require a separate explanation. G&G should explain any specific legal obligation requiring a limited retention exception.

Requests and concerns

Email G&G for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction/suspension, portability where applicable, or withdrawal of consent. Do not initially send identity documents; proportionate verification may be agreed if necessary. These forms do not make automated eligibility or service decisions or profile visitors. You may also contact Ecuador’s Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales through its official channels.

Material changes to purposes or recipients should be explained before further collection. This notice is not a certification of legal compliance or a substitute for G&G’s professional review.
